• I. Ensuring construction quality and process compliance
  • 1. Ensure the construction is carried out according to the issued control procedures, design drawings, and overall technical, artistic, safety, and durability requirements of the construction site in accordance with the project’s technical requirements, contractual technical regulations, and current Vietnamese standards.
  • 2. Organize activities to create quality construction products as per design requirements based on the quality requirements of the investor in the economic contract and current standards.
  • 3. Implement the correct processes for material and equipment entry, sampling, testing, construction, and inspection.
  • 4. Submit material samples for approval before use in the construction.
  • 5. Inspect laboratories before sending samples for testing.
  • 6. Inspect material manufacturing facilities, components, and construction products before shipment to the site.
  • 7. Submit material samples for approval with the client.
  • 8. Check the technical features of products to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • 9. Verify the quality certificates of manufacturers, testing results, and product quality inspection results.
  • 10. Inspect the quality of materials and equipment upon receipt at the site.
  • 11. Coordinate with the client to sample and test materials before use.
  • 12. Monitor the usage of materials and equipment for the project.
  • 13. Inspect the condition of equipment upon entry and exit at the site.
  • 14. Coordinate with the supervision consultant and the investor for material acceptance and testing at the site.
  • 15. Prepare acceptance documentation and legal construction documents for the project.
• II. Controlling construction quality
  • 1. Ensure the construction is carried out according to the issued control procedures, design drawings, and overall technical, artistic, safety, and durability requirements of the construction site in accordance with the project’s technical requirements, contractual technical regulations, and current Vietnamese standards.
  • 2. Organize activities to create quality construction products as per design requirements based on the quality requirements of the investor in the economic contract and current standards.
  • 3. Evaluate the actual quality achieved.
  • 4. Compare the actual quality with the plan to detect deviations.
  • 5. Work with the investor to resolve issues related to technical quality.
  • 6. Regularly monitor and control the construction progress to plan appropriately.
  • 7. Frequently inspect the site to detect and correct errors and implement appropriate improvements.
  • 8. Coordinate with construction supervision to prepare non-conformance reports and propose corrective-preventive actions.
  • 9. Detect design errors and unreasonable aspects for adjustment or request the design contractor for adjustments.
  • 10. Coordinate with construction supervision to check, correct errors, and carry out internal acceptance procedures before official acceptance with the supervision consultant/investor.
  • 11. Coordinate with the supervision consultant and the investor to resolve quality-related issues.
  • 12. Conduct acceptance with the supervision consultant/investor at the project.
  • 13. Coordinate to fix non-compliance issues according to the established quality manual.
  • 14. Provide written feedback to construction departments and suppliers about non-compliant construction quality.
• III. Preparing acceptance and completion documentation
  • 1. Prepare the acceptance and completion documentation for the project.
  • 2. Manage and store documents according to regulations. Prepare periodic reports.
  • 3. Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
