QS MEP Specialist

1. Prepare bidding documents (estimates, bid quotes, and additional quotes) for bidding packages in the MEP category.

2. Based on MEP design drawings, prepare a bill of quantities and bid unit prices.

3. Coordinate with relevant members of the bidding department to establish MEP construction methods for the project, list of materials and MEP equipment for the bidding and bidding stages.

4. Participate in negotiations with suppliers to get the best unit price in the MEP bidding stage.

5. Advise superiors to select the best unit price of MEP materials and equipment from the best supplier.

6. Search, introduce, and propose to the company suppliers with suitable capacity for the company and the project in the bidding and construction stages.

7. Coordinate with relevant departments of the company to carry out work according to the set plan.

Competency Requirements

1. Trình độ học vấn: Graduated from College or higher majoring in Electricity, Water Supply and Drainage, Heat and Refrigeration.
2. Foreign language proficiency: English is an advantage
