Technical supervision

• Develop detailed schedules and organize construction according to the plan to ensure committed progress.
• Manage on-site construction to ensure proper technique, quality, labor safety, and progress.
• Be responsible for technical aspects, quality, quantity, labor safety, and environmental hygiene on-site.
• Monitor and supervise the efficient use of materials and manpower.
• Guide subcontractors and construction teams to ensure proper technique, progress, and labor safety.
• Create a list of construction errors and propose corrective measures (if any).
• Break down quantities and collaborate with the payment department to prepare payment documents for the investor; verify quantities for subcontractors and construction teams.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
• Report to the Project Management Board and the company as required.

• Educational Level: University degree in Civil and Industrial Construction
• Foreign Language: Conversational English
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity calculation software
