Viva Square project completion ceremony

After a period of persistent and determined construction efforts, VIVA SQUARE has officially been completed and is now in use.

On December 31, 2018, representatives from the leadership of VictoryCons, the investor LDG, and subcontractors held the Viva Square Project Completion Ceremony in Giang Dien, Dong Nai.

Viva Square is the first commercial center combining traditional and modern business models in Trang Bom, adjacent to Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai). The project was built on an area of 21,158 m² with a central building comprising one ground floor and one upper floor, offering approximately 620 diverse product units. It is planned with 184 shops (36-45 m²), 16 food shops (31-39 m²), 54 mini shops (6-9 m²), and 384 stalls (6 m²).

By allocating specific functions to each area and with reasonable investment costs, Viva Square has solved the problem of “high product prices in commercial centers due to high land costs.
