Viva Plaza topping-out ceremony

Keeping our promise to the investor, VictoryCons not only completed the rough construction of Viva Plaza on schedule but also surpassed the deadline by 25 days.

This achievement is the result of the solidarity and effort of the entire VictoryCons team, the consistency in operations from the Board of Directors to the on-site management team. Together, they created the strength to complete the rough construction of the project ahead of the investor’s schedule.

In his speech at the event, Mr. Tran Minh Hoang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (VINALAND), shared: “We extend our heartfelt compliments to the FBV contractor for their utmost efforts on the project, maintaining credibility with the investor, completing the concrete framework and topping-out phase of the Viva Plaza building ahead of schedule with high quality and absolute safety, contributing to the impressive initial appearance of the Viva Plaza project.”

The ceremony concluded successfully, with all units raising their glasses to celebrate the success of the ceremony and to wish for the project’s early completion and handover to the residents.

Representatives of the investor, the supervision consultant, the project management board, the VictoryCons contractor, and the distribution units took commemorative photos together at the event.
