VictoryCons and Regal Group broke ground on Regal Complex on National Day

On September 2, 2025, in the atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Regal Complex project took place in Da Nang – a new generation complex of commercial centers and luxury apartments developed by Regal Group, with VictoryCons taking on the role of General Contractor.

The event was attended by leaders of the City Party Committee, the People’s Committee of Da Nang City, representatives of departments, agencies and many strategic partners, demonstrating the scale and importance of the project to the city’s development. The groundbreaking on National Day has even more special meaning, affirming the aspiration to reach new heights and opening a new chapter for Da Nang – the most dynamic coastal city in Vietnam.

Regal Complex, under the Regal Homes brand, is planned to include two high-rise towers with 683 apartments and 03 floors of commercial services.
