VictoryCons Continues to Secure New Contracts: Appointed as General Contractor for the Lan Anh Avenue Project

On July 30, 2025, VictoryCons officially participated in the signing ceremony for the development partnership of the Lan Anh Avenue project alongside Lan Anh Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd. (the Investor), Link Group (the Project Developer), and DatXanh Service (the Marketing and Sales Unit). VictoryCons takes on the role of General Contractor for the project’s construction. This contract marks a significant milestone in VictoryCons’ expansion strategy into the northern region of Ho Chi Minh City’s real estate market.

With Lan Anh Avenue, the northern area of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly part of Binh Duong Province) welcomes not only a new real estate development but also the dawn of a transformative era for Binh Co Ward (formerly Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen).
