On August 1, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Lan Anh Avenue project officially took place in Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly part of Tan Uyen, Binh Duong Province). The event was hosted by Lan Anh Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd. (Project Owner) in collaboration with strategic partners: VictoryCons (General Contractor), Link Group (Project Developer), and DatXanh Service (Sales and Marketing Unit).
The ceremony was solemnly held with the attendance of representatives from all parties, subcontractors, supervision consultants, material and equipment suppliers, project management engineers, and members of the press.
Lan Anh Avenue is a high-end gated community project developed on a land area of over 4.1 hectares, comprising townhouse units, commercial-service amenities, green spaces, and synchronized infrastructure. Strategically located on DT15 Road, a major arterial route connecting key urban areas and industrial zones such as VSIP III, the project occupies a prime location in a rapidly developing region in terms of infrastructure and population.
VictoryCons has been entrusted as the General Contractor responsible for the entire construction scope. The company will carry out the construction of 147 townhouse units, each ranging from 2 to 3 floors, under a modern project management system that strictly adheres to technical standards, safety regulations, and construction timelines.
At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Viet Huy, Investment Division Director of Link Group, stated:
