The role of construction contractors

  • After receiving the contract, the construction contractor becomes the investor’s reception point, where the two parties can discuss, exchange and agree on the construction plan and the division of functional areas in the house.
  • Role of construction contractor: The contractor will apply for a construction permit if the project requires it according to regulations, especially for large projects.
  • After agreeing on the design, the construction contractor will contact material suppliers to consult prices and make an estimate suitable for the scale of the project.
  • If you have knowledge of construction and materials, you can purchase materials yourself without the help of a contractor.
  • The contractor is the unit that carries out the construction of the project. Each contractor usually has its own team of construction workers, but there is always supervision from the contractor to ensure the progress and quality of the project. The contractor provides the necessary machinery, scaffolding, and construction equipment.
  • Construction Supervision: Finally, the contractor will supervise the construction process and ensure the completion of the project. They will carry out the procedures of measuring and drawing up the as-built drawings, then submit the documents and receive the drawings when the project is completed.
