GEM SKY WORLD CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS (DONG NAI) – JANUARY 2025

In January 2025, VictoryCons has maintained stable construction progress for the 204 adjacent townhouses at Gem Sky World. The construction work has been carried out synchronously and efficiently, from land grading to finishing stages such as wall plastering, waterproofing, painting, and door installation.

With a total area of 92.2 hectares and a diverse range of real estate products including townhouses, villas, shophouses, and land lots, this project is expected to become a high-end urban area, attracting strong interest from investors, especially as the Long Thành Airport area continues to develop rapidly.
