CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF REGAL RESIDENCE LUXURY PROJECT – JULY 2025

In July 2025, VictoryCons continued to accelerate the construction of the Regal Residence Luxury project in key items: excavation, monitoring and tunnel structure construction. The works at the construction site were carried out according to plan, ensuring labor safety, environmental sanitation and compliance with technical standards, contributing to maintaining the progress and quality of the project as committed.

01. Labor safety, Environmental sanitation
VictoryCons always puts labor safety and environmental sanitation as top priority. Environmental sanitation is maintained regularly: collecting and classifying construction waste; periodically spraying water to reduce dust; controlling noise, ensuring no impact on surrounding areas.

02. Excavation work
Excavation work for basement foundation pits is carried out according to the plan of each sub-area.
The construction process ensures the correct design elevation, stable pit walls and safety for workers. Waste soil is transported to the dumping site according to regulations, ensuring traffic safety inside and outside the construction site.

03. Monitoring work
The field monitoring system continues to operate stably, measuring and monitoring parameters: displacement of diaphragm wall, subsidence, groundwater level.
The measured indicators are within the allowable limits. Periodic monitoring reports have been sent to the supervision consultant and investor to control the safety and quality of the project.

04. Tunnel structure construction
In areas where excavation and foundation reinforcement have been completed, the construction team will carry out the construction of the concrete lining, installation of steel reinforcement, formwork and pouring concrete for the tunnel bottom.
The construction work is carried out in accordance with technical procedures, strictly controlling the quality of materials and stages to ensure the strength, waterproofing and durability of the tunnel structure.
