Regal Residence Luxury Project Construction Progress – June 2025

Hello dear customers and partners of VictoryCons! In June 2025, the Regal Residence Luxury construction site continues to be accelerated with many key construction items being deployed in parallel.

This is an important stage, laying the foundation for the underground structure. VictoryCons is focusing maximum resources to ensure quality and progress for each stage.

1. Digging the basement

Basement excavation work continues to be carried out layer by layer, ensuring the correct design elevation. Specialized machinery and human resources are arranged reasonably, flexibly coordinating between excavation and transporting soil out of the construction site, ensuring safety and not affecting the surrounding area.

2. Monitoring

In parallel with the construction process below, the geotechnical monitoring system operates continuously to monitor soil displacement, pile settlement, groundwater levels and impacts on neighboring structures. Monitoring data is periodically updated and reported to relevant parties, contributing to the control of safety and stability of the structure throughout the foundation construction process.

3. Construction of steel, construction materials, concrete

The steel fabrication, erection and concrete pouring items are deployed in the foundation area, foundation beams and basement structures. Construction materials are strictly quality controlled from the warehousing stage to the construction stage. The technical team directly supervises to ensure the correct type, design and construction according to standards.

4. Pile head chiseling

The pile head chiseling is carried out immediately after the completion of the bored pile drilling. The construction process ensures high precision, creating favorable conditions for the upper foundation connection stage, while not affecting the quality of the previously constructed pile body.

5. Construction of layer 3 shoring system

VictoryCons continues to construct the basement shoring system layer 3 to stabilize the excavation wall and reduce the load on the soil layers above. This is a stage that requires high technology, close coordination between the supervising engineer and the construction unit to ensure the safety and sustainability of the entire underground part of the project.

6. Labor safety & Environmental hygiene

Work safety is always the top priority at the Regal Residence Luxury construction site. Personal protective measures, signs, barriers and morning meetings are strictly maintained every day. In parallel, environmental sanitation and construction waste collection are carried out regularly, keeping the construction site clean and ensuring urban aesthetics.
