CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF R HOTEL PROJECT (DISTRICT 1 – HCMC) – JUNE 2025

In June 2025, the R Hotel project – located in the center of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City – continued to be implemented by VictoryCons on schedule and meeting technical standards.

1. Material import work

Materials for electrical, plumbing, ceiling, painting and finishing works have been quality checked and imported into the warehouse in batches. Preparing materials on schedule helps ensure that projects are carried out continuously, minimizing construction interruptions.

2. Electrical and water construction work

The MEP technical team is currently installing water supply and drainage systems, concealed electrical systems and concealed electrical systems on each floor. The construction process strictly follows the technical drawings and closely coordinates with the construction, ceiling and waterproofing departments to ensure consistency.

3. Soundproofing construction work

Soundproofing is carried out in areas requiring soundproofing techniques such as bedrooms, technical rooms and corridors. The materials selected ensure standards, helping to improve the quality of the resort space after being put into operation.

4. Construction of plastering of the wall of the gene box

Technical walls and gene boxes are constructed and plastered according to the correct standards, ensuring aesthetics and facilitating future maintenance and inspection of the system. The construction team focuses on carefully handling mortar joints and plaster surfaces.

5. Cleaning and waterproofing work

Waterproofing work in WC areas, balconies, terraces and technical boxes is carried out in multiple layers, with water testing before handover. Combined with surface cleaning after each construction phase to keep the construction site clean and safe.

6. Floor cleaning, screeding, tiling

After completing the underground technical system, the construction team proceeded to level the floor and tile the floors. The surface was flat, at the right height and used materials that met the aesthetic standards of high-class hotel design.

7. Plasterboard ceiling work

Plasterboard ceiling areas are being constructed synchronously in the corridors, break rooms and public areas. The ceiling frame system is installed firmly, precisely according to the design and ensures good connection with the lighting system and MEP ceiling.

8. Putty and paint work

In areas where the rough and technical parts have been completed, puttying and painting work is being carried out. The construction team pays attention to every surface detail, ensuring the paint layer is even in color, has good adhesion and is aesthetically pleasing according to hotel interior design standards.
