Gem Sky World Project Construction Progress – July 2025

Dear VictoryCons customers and partners!

In July 2025, VictoryCons continued to accelerate the construction of the Gem Sky World project in two key areas: 35 Shophouses and 204 townhouses . Construction items at the site are being implemented on schedule, ensuring labor safety and compliance with technical standards, contributing to maintaining the progress and quality of the project as committed.

AREA 35 SHOPHOUSES

01. Labor safety work

VictoryCons always puts occupational safety as a top priority. In July, safety control measures continued to be strictly implemented: placing barriers, signs, providing full labor protection and organizing regular shift handover meetings for teams.

02–04. Construction of structural columns

• Construction of columns for floors 1-2

• Construction of columns for floors 2-3

• Construction of 3rd floor columns – roof

The work of erecting columns on each floor is carried out sequentially according to the height of the building. The construction team focuses on processing and assembling steel bars, formwork and pouring concrete properly, ensuring load-bearing capacity and firm connection with floor beams.

05–07. Floor beam construction

• Construction of 2nd floor beams

• Construction of 3rd floor beams

• Roof floor beam construction

Along with the column construction, the floor beam system of each floor is also deployed synchronously. The construction process ensures the correct height, the ability to connect the components, creating a solid foundation for the wall construction and finishing work later.

08. Wall construction

After finishing the floor, the construction team proceeded to build the surrounding walls and partition walls between floors, ensuring compliance with the design and technical standards. The masonry joints were carefully treated, well prepared for the next plastering and finishing steps.

AREA OF 204 TOWNHOUSES

01. Defect work

Inspection and repair of defects (small finishing errors) are being carried out carefully before handover. Items such as paint, tile joints, accessories, doors, etc. are checked according to the acceptance list and thoroughly handled to ensure long-term quality of use.

02. House delivery

Many townhouses are ready to be handed over to customers. VictoryCons’ technical and customer care teams work closely to complete the cleaning process, final inspection, user instructions and support for house acceptance procedures.
