GEM SKY WORLD PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – MAY 2025

Hello dear customers and partners of VictoryCons!

In May 2025, VictoryCons is implementing two important construction items in parallel in the area of ​​35 Shophouses and 204 adjacent houses of the Gem Sky World project (Dong Nai). The construction work is carried out in accordance with technical procedures, ensuring quality, safety and progress of handover to the Investor.

AREA 35 SHOPHOUSES

In the Shophouse area, the project is entering the construction phase of the rough structure. The works are deployed consecutively according to the technical process:

Construction of iron, formwork, pouring concrete foundation

Construction of septic tanks, foundation bundles, earthen beams, concrete lining, steel formwork and tie beams

Construction of MEP system, steel, column formwork, F2 floor beam formwork system

Construction of formwork system, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, maintenance of F2 floor beam concrete

The above items are organized and constructed synchronously between structural and mechanical and electrical teams, ensuring continuous progress and limiting waiting time between construction steps.

AREA OF 204 TOWNHOUSES

In the adjacent area, the project is entering the completion stage and is preparing for handover. In parallel with the technical processing, the VictoryCons team is focusing on completing the landscape, cleaning the construction site and completing the interior:

Construction of gravel foundation structure, repair of structural defects, masonry walls, installation of railings

Construction of repair of defects in paint, tiling, railing, roof tiles, canopy

Construction of repair of paint defects, tiling, railing, fence removal, general cleaning to serve customer handover

Finishing works are closely monitored to ensure product quality upon handover, while demonstrating meticulousness in every detail of the project.
