GEM SKY WORLD PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – APRIL 2025

We are pleased to share with you the latest updates on the construction progress of the Gem Sky World project in April 2025. The project is entering a crucial phase with many important foundation items being deployed.

Regarding the foundation excavation work, VictoryCons technical team is focusing on the most basic steps. We are meticulously excavating the foundation, accurately locating the foundation pits according to the design drawings. After completing the foundation excavation, the construction team will compact the soil and test the K density to ensure a solid foundation before pouring the concrete lining.

Moving on to the iron and concrete foundation category, VictoryCons is simultaneously carrying out many important tasks. The professional iron workers are installing the foundation reinforcement according to the technical drawings. We are also preparing to measure the foundation concrete and accurately locate each foundation. In particular, all steel imported to the construction site must undergo a strict quality inspection process before being put into construction.

Another important item that we are doing is the preparation for the drainage system. VictoryCons has imported high quality construction bricks to the construction site and conducted brick testing as well as K-strength testing before pouring concrete at the bottom of the septic tank. This ensures that the drainage system will operate effectively and sustainably.

Finally, the construction of septic tanks and foundations, these are technical items that require high precision. Our construction team is constructing septic tanks according to technical standards and proceeding with foundations to create a solid foundation for the project.
