CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF GEM SKY WORLD PROJECT (DONG NAI) – JUNE 2025

Hello dear customers and partners of VictoryCons!
In June 2025, VictoryCons continues to implement parallel construction of two main items at the Gem Sky World project (Dong Nai): the area of ​​35 Shophouses and 204 adjacent houses. The construction site is organized seriously, following technical procedures and ensuring the highest level of labor safety.

AREA 35 SHOPHOUSES

• VictoryCons labor safety work
  continues to maintain and strengthen safety measures at construction sites, including: construction area barriers, safety signs, full personal protective equipment and organizing morning meetings at construction teams.

• Structural construction
  In June, structural items were deployed simultaneously along the vertical direction of the project, including:

Construction of stairs for floors 1-2

Construction of columns for floors 1-2

Construction of columns for floors 2-3

Construction of 3rd floor columns – roof

Construction of beams

Construction of 2nd floor beams

Construction of 3rd floor beams

The above works are continuously deployed, ensuring the correct construction methods and progress committed to the Investor.

AREA OF 204 TOWNHOUSES

• VictoryCons defect repair work
  is focusing on handling small defects remaining after construction, including: cracks in walls, paint patches, tile joints, finishing accessories… Defects are checked and evaluated according to the quality checklist before accepting each apartment.

• Handover work
  Along with the technical completion, the handover work to customers is being implemented as planned. The technical and customer care teams coordinate closely in each stage, from general cleaning, user instructions to receiving feedback after handover.
