CARA RIVER PARK PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – MAY 2025

Hello dear customers and partners of VictoryCons! In May 2025, VictoryCons has synchronously deployed construction items at the Cara River Park project. Below is a detailed update on the work done:

1. Importing materials
Importing and assembling construction materials such as cement, putty, sand, gravel, bricks, tiles…, in sufficient quantity and quality according to technical requirements.

2. Material testing
Complete quality tests of construction materials, including concrete, tiles, aluminum and glass, to meet technical and safety standards.

3. Wall construction
Construction of surrounding walls around apartment areas, ensuring the quality and durability of the structure.

4. Interior plastering
Completed interior plastering work on floors 7, 8 and 9. The plastered surface is smooth, ready for the next steps.

5. Plastering the exterior walls of the house
Plastering the exterior walls of the house ensures the aesthetics and durability of the exterior of the building.

6. Aluminum and glass construction
Install aluminum and glass windows and doors on high floors, ensuring aesthetics, soundproofing and heat insulation for the project.

7. Waterproofing construction
Complete waterproofing work in the pit area, basement and roof, as well as areas in direct contact with water.

8. Plasterboard ceiling construction
Plasterboard ceiling construction is carried out to ensure flatness and aesthetics of the ceiling.

9. Finishing paint application
Start priming in areas where the rough work has been completed, ensuring color, coverage and paint quality according to the design.

10. Floor leveling construction:
Perform floor leveling on the 6th floor to ensure flatness and durability of the floor.

11. Tiling construction
Tiling is carried out in toilet and bathroom areas, ensuring aesthetics and durability for these areas.
