TEAM BUILDING VICTORYCONS 2025 – OVERCOMING THE WAVES TOGETHER

Recently, VictoryCons organized the Team Building 2025 program with the theme “Overcoming the waves together” at Yen Village Tourist Area – Tien Giang, bringing all staff a day of activities full of energy, laughter and spirit of solidarity.

The program is organized with the desire to bring VictoryCons brothers and sisters relaxing moments after stressful working days, and at the same time create opportunities for members from many different projects and localities to meet, exchange and connect.

Fun team games and unexpected challenges helped everyone understand each other better, support each other more and overcome each “wave” together – just like the theme name of the program.

The atmosphere was vibrant, laughter and team spirit spread throughout the resort. The teams showed great skill, strategy and endurance, creating moments that were both humorous and touching.

The Team Building trip is not only a day of fun, but also an opportunity for each member to look back on their journey with VictoryCons, clearly seeing the value of solidarity, sharing and trust in the collective – the things that make up the strength of the company today.

At the end of the program, everyone brought home not only beautiful memories, but also stronger connections between departments, projects and brothers and sisters in the VictoryCons family.
