In April 2022, VictoryCons signed a strategic contract to become the main contractor for the Regal Legend project – a mega project by Dat Xanh Mien Trung with an investment scale of up to 10 trillion VND.
As part of the 11th anniversary celebration of Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation held in mid-April, Dat Xanh Mien Trung also organized the strategic cooperation and main contractor handover ceremony for the Regal Legend project – a grand event that gathered thousands of company employees and representatives from the leadership of Dat Xanh Group’s member companies, along with partner units.
Regal Legend Quang Binh is a world-class tourism urban area project spanning 21 hectares, under the Regal luxury brand developed by Dat Xanh Mien Trung Corporation. The project features diverse types of real estate, including: 38 lakeside villas, 270 Boutique Hotels (long-term stay), 09 Regal Signature (super special products); 2,600 branded and luxurious apartments, 06 commercial and lakeside amenity clusters, 01 international school, 02 walking streets by the lake and sea, 01 beach, 01 Novotel hotel, 01 large Regal Mall commercial center, and hundreds of thousands of amenities. Regal Legend Quang Binh has a total investment of 10 trillion VND, to be implemented from 2021 to 2025.
