6. Quy trình lựa chọn nhà thầu đối với tư vấn cá nhân

Căn cứ tại khoản 6 Điều 43 Luật Đấu thầu 2023 có quy định cụ thể về quy trình, thủ tục lựa chọn tư vấn cá nhân theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Chuẩn bị lựa chọn nhà thầu.

Bước 2: Tổ chức lựa chọn nhà thầu.

Bước 3: Đánh giá hồ sơ lý lịch khoa học của nhà thầu tư vấn cá nhân.

Bước 4: Thương thảo hợp đồng.

Bước 5: Trình, phê duyệt và công khai kết quả lựa chọn nhà thầu.

Bước 1: Chuẩn bị phương án lựa chọn cộng đồng

• Bên mời thầu xây dựng phương án lựa chọn cộng đồng dân cư, tổ hoặc nhóm thợ tại địa phương phù hợp để thực hiện gói thầu.

Bước 2: Tổ chức lựa chọn

• Bên mời thầu triển khai lựa chọn cộng đồng theo phương án đã được lập, bảo đảm minh bạch và phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế.

Bước 3: Phê duyệt và công khai kết quả

• Cơ quan có thẩm quyền xem xét, phê duyệt kết quả lựa chọn và công bố công khai theo quy định.
