HIGHLIGHTS

The project offers a variety of residential product types, including low-rise and high-rise housing, high-rise commercial areas, lakeside commercial zones, and the NOVOTEL hotel. Additionally, there are two approved night-time beachside streets and a lakeside pedestrian street by the Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee. The development includes a high-end mixed-use apartment complex, resort hotels, a chain of shopping malls, and hundreds of educational, shopping, and entertainment amenities, creating a vibrant atmosphere 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The urban area is designed for 15,000 residents, with cultural festivals, shopping, and entertainment activities held year-round. It is projected to attract over 2.5 million visitors by 2030, with hundreds of famous brands cooperating and developing here. Regal Legend is set to become a never-sleeping Hawaii, the most vibrant and bustling location in Central Vietnam, as well as a key destination on the map of both Vietnamese and global tourism.
