2011
April 19, 2011: Dat Xanh Construction Joint Stock Company (Dat Xanh Construction) was officially established and entered the construction market, trading in construction materials and equipment.
2012
Main contractor for finishing works of Phu Gia Hung apartment building.
Main contractor for technical infrastructure works of Phuoc Ly residential area.
2013
December 12, 2013: Renamed to ECI Construction Joint Stock Company.
General contractor for Full House apartment building.
2015 - 2016
General contractor for design and construction (Design & Build) of Topaz Garden apartment building.
2017
April 28, 2017: Renamed to FBV Construction Joint Stock Company with the determination to conquer the peak of the construction industry.
General contractor for Saigon Gateway & Marina Tower apartment buildings.
Main contractor for Opal Garden apartment building and Viva Square commercial center.
2018
General contractor for design and construction of Saigon Intela apartment building.
Main contractor for piles and foundations of Roxana Plaza and High Intela apartment buildings.
2019
General contractor for design and construction of EcoXuan apartment building and Phu Hong Loc residential area.
Main contractor for piles and foundations of Thinh Gia Tower apartment building.
2020 - 2021
General contractor for overall construction of LDG SKY apartment building.
General contractor for construction of LDG RIVER apartment building.
2022 - 2023
General contractor for construction of Vinaland Tower and Cam Binh high-rise apartment buildings.
2024
May 21, 2024: Renamed to VictoryCons Joint Stock Company with the aspiration to become the number one project developer in Vietnam.
General contractor for construction of Regal Legend project with a total investment of 10,000 billion VND.

He officially took on a leadership role at VictoryCons, contributing strategically and decisively to the company’s development.
With a determined, passionate character and extensive experience in building strategic partnerships, he has been entrusted with the important responsibility of executing major projects, elevating VictoryCons to a new position and solidifying its influence in the construction industry.
