19/04/2011: Dat Xanh Construction Joint Stock Company was officially established and entered the construction market, specializing in the business of construction materials and construction equipment.
2012
The main contractor for the finishing works of the Phu Gia Hung apartment project.
The main contractor for the technical infrastructure works of the Phuoc Ly Residential Area.
2013
12/12/2013: Renamed to ECI Construction Joint Stock Company
Main contractor for the Full House apartment project.
2015 - 2016
Design & Build (D&B) main contractor for the Topaz Garden apartment project.
2017
28/04/2017: Renamed to FBV Construction Joint Stock Company with the determination to conquer the heights of the construction industry.
Main contractor for the Saigon Gateway & MarinaTower apartment projects.
Main contractor for the Opal Garden apartment project and Viva Square Shopping Center.
2018
Design & Build (D&B) main contractor for the Saigon Intela apartment project.
Main contractor for the piling and foundation works of the Roxana Plaza and High Intela apartment projects.
2019
Design & Build (D&B) main contractor for the Eco Xuan apartment project and Phu Hong Loc Residential Area.
Main contractor for the piling and foundation works of the Thinh Gia Tower apartment project.
2020 - 2021
Main contractor for the construction of the LDG SKY apartment project.
Main contractor for the construction of the LDG RIVER apartment project.
2022 - 2023
Project Development of Luxcity Cam Pha, ST Moritz, and Opal Skyline projects.
Achieved certification as one of the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in Vietnam.
2024
21/05/2024: Renamed to VictoryCons Joint Stock Company with the aspiration to become the number one Project Developer in Vietnam.
Main contractor for the Regal Legend project with a total investment of 10,000 billion VND.
Achieved certification as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Brands in Vietnam in 2024.

He has over 15 years of experience in managing and implementing large-scale construction projects, having held key leadership positions at leading companies such as Dat Xanh Group. He officially took on a leadership role at VictoryCons, making strategic contributions that are crucial to the company’s development.
With a decisive, passionate personality and extensive experience in building strategic partnerships, he has been entrusted with the important responsibility of leading major projects, elevating VictoryCons to a new position and asserting its influence in the construction industry.
