Eco Xuan Sky Residences is a high-end apartment and service complex project located in the administrative center of Binh Duong. Eco Xuan Sky Residences boasts a prime location with convenient transportation connections, adjacent to major transportation routes such as National Highway 13 and National Highway 1A. It is also near residential areas, large industrial parks, and factories in Thuan An City, Binh Duong, and Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, with synchronized infrastructure and a complete transportation system.

Project scale: The total construction floor area is 75,377 m², including 870 apartments in three high-end apartment blocks, A, B, and C. VictoryCons is the main contractor for blocks A and C.

Project progress:

Block A:

Completed and handed over for use.

Block C:

Completed the 23rd-floor slab and is preparing for the 24th-floor slab pour in early April.

Finishing works are being accelerated up to the 17th and 18th floors.

Eco Xuan will top out Block C in early April, marking an important milestone for VictoryCons in completing the structural phase and preparing to proceed with the finishing works.

Currently, the entire project management team is highly focused and working tirelessly day and night to complete the final floor slab pour and proceed with the topping-out of Block C.
