On November 24, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction completion and MEP system package was successfully held at the Kim Cương Xanh – Cara River Park apartment complex. This event marked a significant milestone in the project’s implementation journey.

The ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including representatives from contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers, highlighting the strong commitment to collaboration as the project moves into its decisive construction phase.
