After more than two months of persistent day and night construction, the Boutique Hotel subdivisions OTM1 and OTM2 have reached their topping-out milestone.
On July 15, 2022, the topping-out ceremony for the Boutique Hotel subdivisions OTM1 and OTM2, part of the Regal Legend international tourism complex, took place.
Starting with the foundation excavation in early May, VictoryCons, after more than two months of continuous day and night construction efforts, has successfully topped out the Boutique Hotel subdivisions OTM1 and OTM2. Along with this progress, the 10,000-billion-VND mega urban project, dubbed the new Las Vegas of Vietnam, is taking shape day by day, promising to become a favored destination for global tourists.
