First aid and emergency care at the workplace are of particular importance when workers suffer accidents on the job. Timely first aid and emergency care can mitigate the immediate and long-term health impacts of workplace accidents on employees.
VictoryCons is committed to implementing the provisions of Decree 39/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016, on periodic first aid training for company employees. On April 2, 2022, at the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Hall, VictoryCons, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City First Aid and Disaster Prevention Training Center, organized a periodic first aid training class for employees in 2022.
Representatives from VictoryCons’ Construction Sites and Office Divisions participated seriously and actively in the practical exercises.
At the end of the program, participating employees were awarded basic first aid certificates. These certificates serve as proof that the holder has sufficient knowledge and ability to provide temporary first aid in case of an incident at the workplace.
